"What areas do you cover?"

Currently, if you are not bringing your car to us and opt for a mobile detail, we operate in a 15 mile radius. If you are outside of this area, unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with our services.

"How do I book a mobile detail?"

​Our mobile service comes with an additional £5 fee to the overall service. If you would like a mobile detail, on our booking page, you will need to select the "Mobile Detail" option, and then your chosen service. If you book a mobile service without this extra fee, your booking may be cancelled and you will be refunded.

"What do I need to provide for a mobile detail?"
We require access to electricity (a standard outdoor plug socket is fine) and we potentially may need access to water. Please ensure there’s enough space around your vehicle for us to work safely and effectively.

"Do you do paint correction?"

With our current facilities and expertise, we do not offer paint correction. We recommend against having paint correction done outdoors or in an uncontrolled environment which could potentially cause further damage.

"What category is my vehicle?"

If you are unsure what category your vehicle comes under, you can check this on our Services and Pricing page where you can find a small description of the different categories of vehicles.

"How long does a typical valet take?"
Depending on the service you choose and the condition of the vehicle, our valets vary in times. You can view the different times on the valet service page (select "Read more"). As we offer a set fee for all of our cleans, the condition of your vehicle can impact these times so please understand times may not be 100% accurate. You will be updated about your clean throughout your booking.

"What happens if it rains/is too hot during a valet?"
If poor and/or unsuitable weather is forecast, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We’ll always try to contact you with as much notice as possible and work with you to rearrange at a convenient time.

"How can I pay?"
We accept payments via card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is due on the day of service, unless agreed otherwise or booked online.

​

"Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?"
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your booking. 

​

"Do you offer regular maintenance plans?"
At the moment, we do not offer subscription packages, but we’re happy to book recurring appointments for regular upkeep. Contact us if you'd like to set up something consistent.
